No lift is a real inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors!!! Took an eternity for hot water at times, which can really ruin a long day of exploring!!!

A Perfect Stay Before the Castles
A charming hotel with a warm atmosphere! We enjoyed a lovely walk to dinner at Schlossbrauhaus Schwangau. The breakfast buffet impressed with a variety of fresh options. Even though there’s no lift, the views from our room made it worth the climb.

The room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the castle. Loved the little details like a flat-screen TV and good Wi-Fi. The bed was super comfy. we had one of the best sleeps during our Europe trip! It was nice to have some homemade bread at breakfast too. However, the lack of an elevator might be tough for some. The walk to dinner spots was a bit long on tired feet, but the room totally made up for it!
